New Year's resolution aids
With the advent of the new year, 'tis the season for new year's resolutions. Numerous resources are now on display at the Hooksett Library, serving as guides to help you with your resolutions. If weight loss is on your resolution agenda, then check out the latest publications on the subject, especially the no-nonsense ones, such as "Quit digging your grave with a knife and fork" by Mike Huckabee. Interested in painless exercise plans? Check out "The no sweat exercise plan : lose weight, get healthy, and live longer" by Harvey Simon. Videos on the subjects of dieting and exercise are also available.
